Make sure you are not using a yahoo.com or hotmail address. That is very unprofessional. Instead visit Everyone.net and get a proper email account that you can retreive anywhere in the world just as hotmail.com but with your own domain name
Also One of the Great Advantages of this service is that you can offer your customers an email address on your name same as hotmail.com and that is really great for "viral marketing"
Another fantastic tool is called "Mail Info" . This service is great for tracking your emails. For example: Ever wondered if an important email you sent has been read? Well this service will tell you exactly when the email has been read.
